the main point of this post is that the esso woman pissed my baby off. that woman and my baby argued like really loud today. the esso i'm mentioning here is the
esso located beside mandarin court hotel. she is arrogant, selfish, bad-tempered and most importantly, she's an old lady. according to baby, her manners is always rude since long time ago when he was yound. never changed. when he talked to her about consumer's right, she replied to him asking him not to talk about consumer's right but she herself went and talk about her doing business shit. if she's doing a business, and we are customers, we have the right, yes or no? its not that we dont respect her as an old woman. but mean old people are really mean. that, i have nothing to say. all i can say is that she lost her loyal customers today.
