confusion

something just happened at my workplace.

well it started off with a family (6 person) came and we got only 3 masseurs (FYI, i am just the counter girl, people make mistakes thinking i am a masseur). so i called to bukit bintang for extra 3 masseurs and this thai guy (i guess) said ok. after around 5 minutes i called again to see whether the masseurs are on their way as i have a bad feeling about it. he asked now? i was like, damn......!!!! YES, NOW!!! he said ok. after 15 minutes of waiting impatiently, again i called and this time is one of the masseur answer the phone. she said the previous guy is a newbie (so am i, ok. so should i forgive him or what? means i should not blame him for his super huge mistakes?) and he thought i am a customer. damn! she asked whether we can go over to their place and i said no as they are a family. how can you ask them to go all the way to bukit bintang? i guess they rather leave and choose another place instead. i asked really politely whether they could come over and she agreed. later on, after waiting another 5 minutes i started getting really mad. i called again and guess what she said... she told me: boss called asking us not to go over as no people take care of the shop. can you ask them to come over instead? our cashier also not here yet and we do not know the way to times square. GREAT! after around half and hour of waiting you tell me no one is coming????!!! argh!!

i apologised to the other three customers as they waited for so long. i really dont know where to hide my face when i saw their disappointed faces. i told my colleagues and they ask me to call to chinatown. i called and asked whether they can come asap and they say can. so i asked the customers whether they want it or not but they rejected. they are in a hurry so they will just wait for the others. i lost a RM170 business. f*** bukit bintang.

jojo told me they have 20+masseurs and all of them are having a customer?? lie! everything she told me is a lie. they are just too lazy to walk over here. my colleague ask me to call lady boss but i dont want. it makes me feel like a you-are-new-here-and-you-wanna-back stab-people person.

yesterday bukit bintang made me mad also. i called there maybe around 20 times only someone answered. i was like, WTH? what is so busy until no one answers the bloody phone? is either everyone went out or they purposely not answering. after she answered, its already too late. i told the customer to wait 10 minutes and after that he said he is leaving. the masseur came and left. RM120 gone. maybe because of this they played a fool on us. if there is another time, i will definitely call lady boss. they thought i am new here so they can bully?? no way..... you are wrong, aunty!








::i am hungry. i missed my lunch time due to this ridiculous incident. but i can eat anytime i want (baby will be not happy if i missed the time). sorry dear::
